The pros for the hotel is the convenience of how close we’ll be to Broadway st and not having to Uber back and forth. However, the Airbnb can provide a place we can all group together and hang out. ![]() The biggest turn off for an Airbnb is the commuting to midtown area (Broadway st) and the convenience to food and other activities. ![]() The areas for the Airbnb would be the music row area or Hadley/ Washington area. The other choice is an Airbnb around the area. Broadway st is definitely something wants for a night life scene so the convenience of a hotel is looking good.
